You don’t have to be a pest expert. Just do these simple things:
- Dump standing water (toys, buckets, tarps, plant trays).
- Clean or fix gutter issues so water doesn’t sit and breed mosquitoes.
- Trim heavy brush near the edges (mosquitoes rest in shade).
- Keep leaf piles under control (ticks love that).
- Tell us about wet spots that stay soggy after rain.

What to expect after a treatment
- Dry time matters. Keep kids and pets off treated areas until everything is dry.
- Consistency matters. One visit helps, but the best control comes from staying on a plan.
- Your yard is not an island. Neighbors can affect pressure, but you can still get your yard under control with the right approach.
Tick control (quick note)
Ticks are usually an “edge of the yard” problem. Woods, brush lines, leaf litter, and stone walls are common tick zones.

Q: Do I need “A:” before the answer?
